About Sambung Ayat

Purpose

Sambung Ayat is a free tool for testing and practicing Quran memorization through multiple-choice quizzes, for students, teachers, parents, and anyone doing murajaah (revision).

Important: this app is a revision aid, not a substitute for talaqqi (learning directly with a teacher). Have your recitation checked and corrected by a teacher.

How to use it

1. Choose a mode, a scope (juz or surah), the number of questions, and a difficulty level.
2. Answer the questions. Your results and the ayahs to review appear at the end.
3. Try the Daily Challenge, or teachers can create a class quiz link.

Sources and credits

• Quran text (Uthmani): Tanzil Project. The text is never altered; normalization is used only for internal comparison.
• English translation: the en.sahih (Saheeh International) edition via AlQuran.cloud/Tanzil.
• Data via the AlQuran.cloud API.
• Recitation audio: EveryAyah, played directly from the source.
• Arabic font: Amiri Quran (SIL Open Font License).

Privacy

There are no accounts and no ads. Your settings, history, and mastery are stored only on this device (localStorage) and can be deleted from Settings with "Delete all my data". Visit statistics, when enabled, use cookieless analytics. Only anonymous events are recorded, such as the quiz mode chosen and the score range, with no name, no stored IP address, and none of your answers.
